Pork With Honey & Walnuts

- 800grams boneless pork chops
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 150grams butter
- 5 tablespoons honey
- 150grams chopped walnuts
- black pepper
Tenderize the pork chops with the meat mallet from both sides. Then season and rub the chops by hand with black pepper and salt, and then smear them in flour.
Put half of the butter in a frying pan and fry the pork chops on low heat for about 5 to 6 minutes. Mix the remaining butter with the honey and walnuts and add it to the pork chops. Let simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve the pork chops on a plate and top them with the remaining sauce over them.
